The two most important iconography symbols in Early Jewish Art are:

1) The Menorah: This is the lampstand with seven-lamps. It consists of the main lamp and six branches. It is an artefact of worship used by Moses.

The Menorah has been a token of Judaism since ancient times and still is the emblem on the coat of arms of Israel.

2) The Four Spices:

They are used according to the instruction in Leviticus 23:40 to mark the Jewish holiday of Sukkot. Usually, they are used in conjunction with the Menorah.
