Answer:

Surface area:

The area on the surface of a shape, so the area of the faces of the square or the area of the faces of the triangle.

(how to solve: find the area of all faces(b*h) and add them up)

Volume: the amount you can fill in that specific shape? Like, filling up a bathtub, how much water can it hold? That's volume.

(how to solve: its different for each shape, but squares are (B*W*H = Volume or V))
