We are given with two inequalites:  2x + y < 4 and x − y > 3. In this case, we substitute the inequalities first to equals so as to find the coodinates of the point.
2x + y = 4
 x   - y = 3
3x       = 7
x = 7/3
y = -1/3

Hence the answer is x ≥ 7/3 and y ≤ -1/3
