it will make the soaps pH more acidic so lowers the pH

The lemon juice which is added to the soap solution is an acidic solution which means that adding it to the solution will correspond to the decrease in pH. This means that the soap solution's pH becomes smaller and approaches the neutral value of 7. If there are enough amount of lemon juice, the pH may even be lower than 7.
