So base on your question what could be the change in the graph of f(x) to the graph of g(x) where f(x)=x^2 while g(x) =(x+7)^2 +9. So base to that fact the function g(x) is assigned to f(x) so it becomes f(gx) = ((x+7)^2+9)2 and i think the graph may be increase or decrease according to the value of X.
