Unplanned humor is natural, I'd say that's why. Planned humor is often classified as trying to hard so sometimes it seems annoying unlike unplanned humor

because jokes unplanned {for the most part} always come out funnier than a joke someone might've stayed up all night planning. {tbh it's kinda lame when ppl do that}
