Answer: in mitochondria and also cytoplasm and chloroplasts

Explanation:

It occurs in mitochondria in all eukaryote cell types to provided ATP need. The ATP production in chloroplast is only for its own reactions so cell do not benefit that. In prokaryotes, the ATP can be provided in the cytoplasm.
