Using Law of cosines:

8^2 = 14^2 + 19^2 - 2*14*19*cos(x)

Simplify:

64 = 196 + 361 - 532 * cos(x)

Add 532 * cos(x) to both sides:

532 * cos(x) +64 = 196 + 361

Subtract 64 from both sides:

532 * cos(x) = 196 + 361 - 64

Simplify:

532 * cos(x) = 493

Divide both sides by 532:

cos(x) = 493/532

x = arccos(493/532)

x = 22.1 degrees.
