The answer is 15

Both sides of the equal signs are equal.
You need to get c by itself.
The only thing blocking that is that c is divided by 35.
Multiplication reverses division.
So, remove this by multiplying by 35.
c=(3/7)*35
you don't need parentheses here since it's only multiplication and division
