[tex]\frac{y2-y1}{x2-x1}[/tex] =[tex]\frac{14 - 4}{-2 - 3}[/tex]  [tex]\frac{10}{-5} = -2[/tex]

the slope is m= -2

Second equation

y - y1 = m (x - x1)

y - 4 = -2 (x - 3)

y -4 = -2x + 6

Add the 4

y = -2x + 10
