Answer: Each Chapter in a book doesn't always have a resolution because the writer wouldn't be able to have a interesting book if everything got solved after every chapter.
It’s possible, but not very possible though. Each chapter may be 2-3 pages, or even 10 pages, but that could likely not be enough to provide a resolution. Also, the chapter depends on what the resolution could be.
