What is bias or point of view? How does it impact the way people interpret events from the past?

Bias is another word for prejudice. It means a person has a preconcieved belief and this will taint/affect their point of view. Many scientists firmly believe in evolution, even though there is scant evidence. When presented with evidence that supports creation, they will use their bias and still cling to evolution.
