Molarity also known as concentration is given by the formula;

Concentration = Number of moles / Volume in liters

In this case;

Number of moles = 10.4 moles

Volume = 15.8 liters

Concentration = 10.4 moles/ 15.8 liters

                        = 0.658 moles/liter

                       = 0.658 M
