How do I find the acceleration?

The acceleration of an object is found by the change in velocity divided by the change in time.

Or, in equation form, [tex] \frac{Δx}{Δt} [/tex]

I meant Delta x over Delta t, but I don't think the Delta looked quite right.

a = (v - u)/t

a is the acceleration , u is the initial velocity , v is the final velocity , t is the time in seconds
