The answer is 62.5.
P stands for percentage, It is asking you to calculate the 
percentage of picking a red or blue marble out of the bag. Since we know there are 16 marbles and ten of them are the ones we want (6 red, 4 blue) we have to divide 16 by 10 then multiply by 100. WE GET 62.5%
