What are the side lengths in a rectangle if the area is 60 and perimeter is 32?

it can be 10 times 6 or 8 (7.5) both = 60 A=bh A=10 (6)=60 or A=8 (7.5)=60

A = L*W
P = 2(L+W)

60 = LW
32=2(L+W); 16 = L+W; W=16-L
Plug that into the area equation: 
60=L*(16-L); L^2-16L+60=0; Factoring: (L-10)(L-6)=0,
so L can be 10, or 6.
If L is 6, W is 10, and If L is 10, W is 6. 
Thus the side lengths are 10, and 6.
