2x-y=0

3x-2y=-3

Answer to your question:

2x-y=0 ----(i)
3x-2y=-3 -----(ii)

multiply (i) by 2
4x-2y=0 -------(iii)


Subtracting (ii) from (iii)
4x-2y-3x+2y=0-(-3)
x=3

put value of x in (i)

2 (3)-y=0
y=6


x=3,y=6
