To solve this problem you must apply the proccedure shown below:

1. You have the following function given in the problem above: [tex]g(x)= \frac{(-7x^4+6x^8)}{x^3}[/tex]

2. You can factor out the common term [tex]x^{3}[/tex] and simplify the function by using the properties of exponents, as following:

[tex]g(x)= \frac{x^{3} (-7x+6x^5)}{x^3} \\ g(x)=-7x+6x^{5}[/tex]

Therefore, the answer is: [tex]g(x)=-7x+6x^{5}[/tex]
