Why do humans sweat?

Swear maintains body temperature by cooling us down so we do not get over heated.

Sweating, or perspiration, is a natural process found in mammlas, used in thermoregulation.

When the sweat comes out of glands in our skin it remains there but when it evaporates it cools us down.
