y-y1 = m(x-x1)

y-1 = 4/5 (x+2)

y-1 = 4/5x +14/5


y = 4/5x +9/5

Should be your answer but feel free to check back with me (i'm not 100% sure)

Start with the point-slope formula:


y-1 = (4/5)(x-[-1]), or y-1 = (4/5)(x+1).
