Complete Steps to Factor by Grouping:

Simplify:
56x^2 - 8x - 7x + 1

= 56x^2 +   - 8x +   - 7x + 1

Combine like terms:
= 5x^2 +    - 8x +    - 7x + 1

= (56x^2) + ( - 8x  +   - 7x) + (1)

= 56x^2 +   - 15x + 1

Answer when simplified is: 56x^2 - 15x + 1

Steps to Factor:
56x^2 - 8x - 7x + 1

= 56x^2 - 15x + 1

= (8x - 1)(7x -1)

Answer when factored is: (8x - 1)(7x - 1)

Hope that helps!!!
