Find the radius of a circle with the endpoints of the center at (-4,-3) and (4, 3)

That would be half the distance between these 2 points  ( I think you mean the endpoints of the diameter).

Distance = sqrt ( (4 - -4)^2  + (3 - -3)^2) )  = sqrt 25 = 25 

So radius = 1/2 * 25  = 12.5 answer
