Reaction outcomes are measures of the trainee's perceptions, emotions, and subjective evaluations of the training experience. Reaction is one of the four levels in the Four-Level Training Evaluation Model developed by Kirkpatrick. The Reaction level measures how the people being trained reacted to the training and it helps to understand how well the training was received by the audience
