Pt experiencing intermittent dizziness that is usually accompanied by intense nausea that lasts for 1-2 hrs. Complains of humming in right ear. On exam, air conduction > bone conduction in both ears. Base of tuning fork placed on forehead, the sound is more prominently in the L ear. Dx? What type of hearing loss does she have?
