Please help!!! I'm stuck on this :(

Find 3 consecutive integers such that if you subtracted twice the smallest from 212 more than the largest you get 147.

I figured out an equation for this and simplified it (z + 212 - 2x = 147 to z = -65 + 2x), but I can't figure out what to do next. Help would be SO appreciated! Thanks!
